About Us
Established in 1967, The York County Volunteer Association was formed by concerned citizens as a non-profit organization and has provided continuous services to Hampton Roads citizens since that time.  Over the years, the handful of volunteers has grown to over a hundred dedicated individuals who give their time to help whenever and wherever needed.  We are now located on Dare Road, in Yorktown, Virginia. After several months of renevation, The Bargain Box now has a much larger building and two changing rooms.
